Film Horizons Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering small-town filmmakers. Recognizing that much of our country comprises rural communities, we are committed to bridging the gap between aspiring filmmakers in these areas and the resources they need to thrive. We firmly believe that one's ability to create cinematic excellence should not be hindered by geographical limitations.

Our Mission

Our mission is threefold: to educate and inspire aspiring filmmakers, to develop the talents of existing filmmakers, and to foster collaboration across all creative disciplines. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to provide access to education, resources, and networking opportunities for filmmakers in every corner of the country. Join us in our pursuit of unlocking the potential of filmmakers and creatives from all backgrounds and regions. Together, let's expand the horizons of the film industry and beyond.
